Each chalet is built to order and finished to owner’s specifications. The properties comprise 1 detached chalet and 4 semi-detached chalets. The plot of land is just a few yards from the 18-hole golf course.

The Blumenwiese Chalets will be built to a high standard with generous covered balconies, chunky overhanging roofs and open-plan living / dining and kitchen areas with large windows offering panoramic views of the mountains. All chalets will have balconies, terraces and gardens, and each of the chalets have their own private parking spaces. Construction of these chalets has already started and they will be finished by next summer.

Resort: The Gastein valley lies within the Salzburg province of Austria. Bad Gastein is only 70 mins drive from Salzburg airport and is easily accessible by regular direct trains. The Gastein valley is part of the vast Amadé ski region with 860km of skiing on one pass. Bad Gastein offers fantastic skiing and snow boarding facilities, is extremely family friendly and has great après ski!
