Lain is on the West side of the valley so the village catches the very early morning sun. The plot is just below the village and is in a sunny spot facing South East with stunning views South towards the pass to St Moritz. Up behind there are views to the pretty village of Lain and its beautiful old church.

There are uninterrupted views from the plot and the adjoining land is owned by the commune and is not zoned for construction. Each apartment has either a balcony or terrace with large French windows giving panoramic views of the valley, and plenty of natural light.

Resort: Lenzerheide is in the canton of Graubünden which is just 90 minutes from Zurich. Access is very easy by motorway to Chur and then an easy road through forests up the valley to Lenzerheide. The resort is at an altitude of 1500m with skiing up to 2865m on 155km of prepared runs. Skiing is on both sides of the valley, east and west so you can follow the sun all day and with 39km of artificial snow.
