Three Peaks Chalets, Phase 3, Les Collons, Switzerland
Just 200m from the lift and restaurant at Les Masses 1550m • Four traditional style 4 bedroom chalets • Delivery December 2014 • Quiet position • South and East facing • Stunning views • 410km of pistes on your doorstep • Foreigner purchase permit available
Property: The “Three Peak Chalets” are at the top of the “Pieds des Pistes” site, a new hamlet of twenty three chalets. Phase 1 and 2 have now all been sold, and we are now selling phase 3 with delivery in December 2014. The “Three Peak Chalets” will be built in a similar style to the Pyramides Village and the Chalets du Rhone in Les Collons 1800. As the site is steep each chalet has a clear view of the stunning valley which leads to the pretty resort of Evolene and the backdrop of the peaks of the Weisshorn, the Dent Blanche and the Matterhorn (the three peaks!).
The four bedroom chalets have a surface of around 162m2 gross (including the walls) with four double bedrooms, three bathrooms or shower rooms, entrance hall with seating area, heated boot rack and ski rack, cellar with washing / drying machine and boiler, and double bedrooms, two with en suite bathrooms.
The chalets are bespoke so buyers will be able to choose the tiles, flooring and the finish of their chalet so that each chalet will be unique and will reflect the taste of the owner. The chalets will also have traditional stone roofs with snow bars. Standard finishes include Poggenpohl kitchens, huge windows, wide balconies and spacious South-facing terrace.
Resort: Les Collons is East and South facing with panoramic views of the Matterhorn situated at the end of the huge Verbier 4 Vallees ski area just 20 minutes from Sion and less than 2 hours from Geneva. At 1800m the village is snow sure with fast, direct access to the Verbier ski area with over 400km of pistes up to 3,330m offering the most challenging skiing in Switzerland.
