Property: The Arlberg Apartments are located in two buildings named Anton and Belinda and comprise 18 residences. Each apartment ranges in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms but they can also be easily combined to form a much larger apartment if required. The buildings are to be built in a traditional Austrian style and to a very high standard. They will have wood shingles on the walls which is typical of this region, as well as chunky overhanging roofs, wooden balconies and pretty window shutters. Each apartment will also have its own private parking place in the underground car park.

The Arlberg Apartments will also benefit from a gourmet restaurant and bar with lounge area on the ground floor offering modern European as well as traditional Austrian cuisine.
