Property: These charming chalets will be built in the mountainside with fantastic views of the valley. Each chalet stands on its own plot of land and is only a short walk from the village of Wald am Arlberg which has local shops and restaurants. The chalets are just a 3 minute drive to the family friendly ski area of Sonnenkopf or a 20 minute drive to St Anton and Lech, all of which are also accessed by the ski bus which comes every hour to take you to the slopes. The village will be car-free so you leave your car in the centrally located underground garage and enjoy the peaceful natural setting.

The Arlberg Chalets are built to order and each can have either three bedrooms; or two bedrooms and a sauna/steam room. Chalet sizes are 80m2 and have generous open plan living dining and kitchen areas, modern bathrooms; good sized bedrooms, pretty balconies, and a lockable cellar compartment in the underground car parking area.

Some of the chalets are built in ‘pairs’ and some chalets are built as completely detached properties. It is even possible to combine two ‘paired’ chalets to make a large double-chalet if required. The chalets will be built in a traditional Austrian style and to a very high standard with chunky overhanging roofs, wooden balconies and pretty window shutters. Each chalet will also have its own private parking place in the underground car park.
