Our best seller in Austria is the ski-in ski-out Edelweiss apartments in Mittersill. These are perfectly located next to the mid-station of the new Panoramabahn gondola lift giving direct access to the Kitzbuhel ski region with 170km of pistes and you can ski to Kitzbuhel from here. Owners are not obliged to rent their apartments and prices are very reasonable starting at € 180,453 for 1 bedroom, and € 246,000 for 2 bedrooms. We have sold over 50% of the Edelweiss apartments in just a few weeks.

The best value chalets in the Verbier ski region is the “Pieds des Pistes” a new development of three to five bedroom traditional chalets to be built in Les Collons. Just 200m from the lift and restaurant at Les Masses you have stunning views and 410km of pistes on your doorstep. With prices starting at 595,000 sfrs it is not surprising that we sold over 50% of phase one in a couple of months.

Villars is one of the best and most accessible dual season resorts in Switzerland and we have been selling there for over 20 years. The best value new development is Le Parc de la Plaisance. The first apartment building is sold and built and we are now selling the second one. Two bedroom apartments start at 630,000 sfrs and 3 bedrooms from 835,000 Sfrs. We have sold two apartments in phase 2 and construction will start in May / June.

It always helps sales to have a “show chalet” and now that the first of the Matterhorn Village Chalets in Les Collons is finished we are getting a lot of interest in these stunning modern style five bedroom chalets. The combination of the cutting edge design by architect Eric Papon, the fabulous view and the access to the Verbier ski area is proving to be irresistible at these prices and four of the chalets are sold and 3 are still available.
