Although just half way through the season, we have already seen a high demand in reservations and sales in most of our top developments. We thought it would be wise to list the best-selling properties of the season so far, before they sell out. Last year France, Austria and Switzerland had a lot of new, exciting projects on the market and there are many more on the horizon for the year ahead, but here are our current top 6 properties across the Alps.
Set just a 10-minute drive from Zell am See in Niedernsill, lies the popular new development Kehlbachwirt. Benefitting from unparalleled beauty and pristine nature, the setting allows visitors and those fortunate enough to reside there access to wonderful hiking routes, perfectly groomed slopes and an idyllic, natural lake. However, if you want to take a dip closer to home, this development fortunately provides a large swimming pool.
The exterior of the building exudes authentic Austrian charm with its aesthetically pleasing local stone and wood façade; whilst the interiors have been built with the finest materials and fittings to add a contemporary and modern touch.
Kehlbachwirt comprises 28 competitively priced apartments with the number of bedrooms ranging from 1 – 4. The properties feature private saunas and balconies/terraces with remarkable views. What’s more, the development offers 4* hotel services and provides every amenity one would need. Another property in France drawing considerable attention for its compelling pricing and exceptional value is Hameau d’Asteria. Nestled in the serene charm of a quiet hamlet in Chatel, these four chalets offer a respite from the bustling resort life, allowing residents to immerse themselves in tranquillity. The discreet location not only fosters a peaceful ambience within the properties but also unveils nearby gems, such as a secluded forest and stream, which enhance the enchantment of the setting.

Each chalet is thoughtfully designed to provide a luxurious living experience, featuring a private jacuzzi and expansive terrace that captures breathtaking views of the surroundings. Additional highlights include a fully equipped kitchen and high-quality interiors with striking cathedral ceilings.
Moving over into Switzerland, where properties are also strongly in demand, we have La Couronne in Grimentz. This development is the next phase in the previously sold-out development. It comprises 6 independent buildings and offers 57 apartments with the number of bedrooms between 1 – 4. The prices are extremely attractive with a one- bed starting at just CHF 596,000.
Boasting exceptional hotel services and a full managed rental scheme in addition to its flexible rental obligation, La Couronne allows owners to relax fully knowing that everything is taken care of.
