Adelaide Lodge Chalets

Two brand new traditionally styled chalets located in an ideal ski in, ski out position close to the slopes and just up from the centre of Grimentz.

Available as a second home, the chalets do not come with a rental obligation, which is exceptionally rare for a new property in the Swiss Alps.

Spread over three floors, the chalets will be built to a high standard by a local developer and you can see some of their previous work in the listing images.

The Lodges will have two bathrooms and either be configured as a two bed with a separate one bed apartment, or as a four bed chalet. The top floor will consist of the open living/dining space and an equipped kitchen.

A terrace and two balconies will also provide fanstastic views over the surrounding mountains.

Set for completion in June 2027, owners will have their own private cellars and indoor parking spaces are available for an additional fee (CHF 58,000 for one - CHF 105,000 for two).
