Situated in a peaceful position just outside the centre of Champery is this traditional and historic residence, enjoying spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and forest.

Built all the way back in the 1700s and renovated as recently as 2016, Chalet 43 is just a short drive or 10 minute walk from the Croix de Culet cable car, giving you immediate access to the Portes du Soleil ski circuit.

Set across three floors, 43 has seven bedrooms, two bathrooms and an additional WC. The main living space consists of an equipped kitchen, dining area and sitting room with a corner fireplace.

The incredible scenery can then be enjoyed from multiple balconies, a terrace and private garden. Finally along with exterior parking for multiple cars, the chalet comes with a technical room, ski room, laundry and storage space.

Currently in full working order and great condition with some beautiful features like exposed wooden beams, 43 would benefit from some updating in certain areas, in particular the kitchen.
