How many weeks can I use a hotel serviced apartment?
The owner is guaranteed a minimum of six weeks per year personal use but they may also use it at the last minute, if it is available. Some schemes are very flexible so if you want to have a larger apartment and invite friends or family you could use a larger apartment and pay the difference.
